Joseph Lemaire Sanatorium was given a second chance

Built in 1937, the Joseph Lemaire Sanatorium was designed to accommodate tuberculosis patients. Its unique architecture was featured in many architectural publications.

Today it stands completely restored. The focus of our project was to deliver cast iron radiators that would offer the right heat output for its large marble entry hall. Dating back to 1895, these reclaimed Rococo radiators proved to be the perfect fit.
